   Your shingles should have a strong wind resistance or you stand a chance of loosing shingles in a windstorm. Most shingles are warranted for 70 mph. Ask your contractor, is the wind resistance rating for 70 mph or 130 mph? Ask your contractor for a copy of the warranty. You will find a copy of your warranty enclosed. G & K offers both 70 mph and 130 mph.

3. Certified by the State of Wisconsin
   G & K Roofing, Inc. is certified, proving it carries the necessary insurance, BOTH. Liability AND Workmen’s Compensation. Does your roofer (contractor) offer the same? If not you could leave yourself open for a possible lawsuit.

5. Dump trucks not dumpsters
   We don’t use dumpsters. Have you ever seen the damage they cause? The dumpster’s metal wheels can crack or scratch your driveway and long after the job’s done the dumpster could be still sitting there! G & K uses its own trucks...leaving your driveway damage free...and leaving as soon as the job is done.

6. Free annual inspections
   After the completion of roof replacement G & K will not just take our check. We follow up with a free inspection once a year for 3 years.
   Will your contractor be around after the final payment?

9. Involvement
   G & K Roofing’s representative meets with every customer prior to the start of the work to answer any questions. Once the work starts and the shingles are removed, a G & K representative meets with the customer to inspect for rotten wood. Once the work is completed, G & K once again does the final inspection to ensure the roof meets the high standards G & K has set.
10. Immaculate job site
    Job site is immaculate at all times during all stages. During the roof tear off process, the old shingles go right into an awaiting dump truck. How many yards have you seen littered with roofing debris?
    That won’t happen with G & K.
11. Clean up equipment
    G & K does not leave the site until a three foot long magnet is run across your yard. It sucks up the occasional stray nail or roofing scrap. = Insuring your yard is immaculate.
12. Skilled craftsmen on every job site
    You will not see high school kids working for G & K roofing. Owner of G & K Roofing, Inc. personally interviews and hires each of his roofers. He also makes sure that each employee follows a company dress code.
